Dr. Paul Roth, chancellor of the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center and School of Medicine dean, congratulates Tracy Fitz during the dedication of a building named in her father's honor. The medical school's Basic Medical Sciences Building was recently renamed to honor the school's first dean, Reginald Heber Fitz.
