The University of New Mexico received a letter on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015, from an attorney representing Courtney Spencer, giving notice of a claim against UNM and her intent to file a lawsuit. As of today, no lawsuit has been served, and UNM has not had an opportunity to review it.
